About Air Bubbles Agreement
Transport Bubbles or Air Travel Arrangements are temporary arrangements between two countries that aim to restart commercial passenger services in situations where regular international flights are suspended, like with the current COVID-19 pandemic.
These arrangements are reciprocal in nature, so airlines from both countries enjoy similar benefits. In addition to Indian carriers, international carriers from these countries can now operate services. The details of such arrangements are as follows:

General Guidelines To Follow Before Booking Flights
- Register with Indian High commission and upload registration ID. number onto reservation for Inbound Journey as per Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) & (MOCA) guidelines.
- Airlines and Airport directed self declaration form to be filled.
- Recommended COVID-19 negative test 48/72/96 hours before boarding the flight.
- Quarantine (subject to state and country guidelines).
- Download Aarogya Setu App.
Outbound Flights
All Indian and foreign airlines can carry the following passengers out of India:
- Indian nationals with Business visa & Tourist visa issued as per Ministry of Home Affairs.
- (MOCA) guidelines
- Foreign nationals and OCI holder
- Long Term visa holders
- Students
Inbound Flights
All Indian and foreign airlines can carry the following passengers into India from abroad:
- Stranded Indian nationals
- Foreign nationals (including diplomats, OCI card holders and business or employment visa holders) who are eligible to enter India as per Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)
- Students
Safety Rules & Regulations
- Aarogya Setu App: To be installed before reaching the airport. The passenger’s health declaration will be further validated by the airport authorities.
- RT-PCR Test: Recommend for RT-PCR Test, Test requirement varies as per country. Book your RT-PCR test with FC Travel Sure, for more details contact our representative.
- Reporting At Airport: Recommended 4 Hours prior to departure, which will allow authority to undertake health safety measures.
- Baggage limitation: Reconfirm Check-in baggage limitation.
- Boarding Pass: It’s recommended to complete web-check in and print the same also Traveler to download the baggage tag, print & affix it on baggage.
- Social Distancing: Passenger to follow social distancing and hygiene.
- Safety Kit: Traveler to carry safety kit (Mask & Sanitizer) Mandatory to wear MASK & HAND GLOVES – Carry 350ml of sanitizer
Important Note – Please note according to the guidelines received from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the outbound passengers traveling from India to international destinations will be allowed to board flights only if they carry a negative RT PCR test report with a QR CODE effective 0001 hours on 22nd May 2021.

Please Note: At Maharashtra Traveler from the UK, Brazil, South Africa, Middle-East & European countries must undergo 7days Institutional Quarantine + 7days Home Quarantine, Exempted if both doses of vaccination are completed.
Please Note: Rest of India Traveler from the UK, Brazil and South Africa must undergo test upon arrival, if tested negative 7days Home Quarantine, Shall be tested again after 7Days Exempted if both doses of vaccination are completed.
