Protocols For Travelling To Russia

• Self declaration form to be filled at Airport at Exit
• RT-PCR Test is mandatory should be taken 72hrs before Departure with QR Code
• On Arrival again Covid-19 test will be taken at a charge of 60 USD, Getting result will take 24hrs till that time travel will be quarantine at Designated Hotel on their own cost
• Passengers must complete a Health Declaration Form before departure.
• Passengers, including transit, transferring and layover passengers, will also be tested for Covid-19 upon arrival in Rwanda at their own cost ($60 USD).Self declaration form to be filled at Airport at Exit

Protocols For Travelling To India

• RT-PCR Test mandatory 72 hr prior to departure
• Submit self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal and upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report.
• Exemption form required only in case of exigency due to the death in the family, to be applied online at least 72 hours prior boarding
• Registration Mandatory for OCI card Holder with Indian embassy

Quarantine Duration

• Rwanda – 7 Days of Self Isolation
• India – 14 Days HQ “Mandatory RT-PCR negative certificate” (State wise rules differs)
