Recently, the UAE announced that individuals who overstay their visas may be required to obtain an Outpass and pay fines for each additional day past the visa expiration date. To avoid such consequences, it is important to keep track of your visa’s expiration date and validity status.

Fortunately, the UAE’s immigration authorities offer convenient online services that allow visa holders to check their visa status quickly and easily.

This service is available for individuals holding a visit or residence visa from any of the following emirates: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Check UAE Visa Validity, Issuance and Expiry Dates

To check your visa validity, simply visit the website of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP), and follow the provided instructions.
