Emirates To Bring A380 To India Once Again, Operate Daily Flights Between Dubai And Mumbai From March 15

Emirates, the flagship carrier of UAE and world’s largest long haul airline will resume flying the world’s largest passenger aircraft ‘A380’ to India once again starting from 15th March 2022.

In July 2014, Emirates’ Airbus A380 has arrived for the first time in India and Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Emirates used to fly the A380 to Mumbai on a daily basis amid the coronavirus and associated restricted access to the Indian market, Emirates has downgraded their few flights to India to the Boeing 777.

Now the airline will once again deploy its 3 class Airbus A380 to operate daily from Dubai to Mumbai and back on the EK500 and EK501. Emirates has also started accepting the bookings for the same;

Singapore Airlines A380 Back In Mumbai From March 14

Recently, Singapore Airlines has also announced that it will begin flying A380s to India from 14th March 2022. For the time being, Mumbai is the only Indian city to receive the Giant of the Skies, but Delhi is likely to follow soon.

It must be noted that Singapore Airlines currently operates a daily Airbus A350 service as well as a bi-weekly service with the same aircraft type to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM).
