As you may already know that last month, the Civil Aviation Ministry of Singapore (CAAS) has signed an agreement with India to resume scheduled commercial passenger flights between India and Singapore.
And flights between both countries under a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) and non-VTL has already been resumed from 29th of Nov 2021.
Singapore Airlines, the flagship carrier of Singapore has already announced that it will operate VTL flights from Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai to Singapore. Apart from VTL flights the airline has also resumed non-VTL flights between Singapore-Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Kochi starting from 30th Nov 2021.
Similarly, Indian flagship carrier Air India has also announced its flight scheduled for both VTL and non-VTL flights between India and Singapore.
As per the details scheduled by the airline, it has resumed daily service between Delhi and Singapore, with 1 weekly flight between Mumbai and Singapore under the VTL.

Apart from the Vaccinated Travel Lanes flight, Air India has also resumed non-VTL services that connect Mumbai, Chennai, and Singapore with weekly flights every Wednesday.

Just like Singapore Airlines and Air India, other carriers like Scoot, Vistara, and IndiGo have also announced their flights to Singapore.
Full-service carrier Vistara announced that it will start operating flights from Mumbai to Singapore starting from 29th Nov 2021.
The round-trip all-inclusive fares for Mumbai-Singapore-Mumbai start at INR 28,349 and round-trip all-inclusive fares for Singapore-Mumbai-Singapore start at SGD 699.
Low-cost carrier IndiGo has also announced the resumption of flights from Chennai to Singapore under Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) from November 29, 2021.
IndiGo has scheduled 6E 51 which will depart from Chennai at 10:30 PM and arrive in Singapore at 5:15 AM the next morning. The same flight will be returned from Singapore at 06:15 AM and will arrive at Chennai, India at 08:00.
VTL Requirements For Entry Into Singapore
Under the Vaccinated Travel Lanes, those fully vaccinated will no longer have to undergo quarantine at the destination country and upon returning to Singapore.
Instead, you may be required to take additional COVID-19 tests before departure, at your destination, and when you return to Singapore.
