As you may already know that last week, the Civil Aviation Ministry of Singapore (CAAS) has signed an agreement with India to resume scheduled commercial passenger flights between India and Singapore.
As per the agreement airlines of both countries will be allowed to operate flights under a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) and non-VTL starting today, 29th Nov 2021.
Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines, the flag carrier airline of Singapore has launched daily Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) services from Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai to Singapore. Below is the full schedule of such flights;

Scoot
Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, has also announced the resumption of some of its flight services between Singapore and India.
Scoot will resume its Singapore-Hyderabad service with four-times-weekly flights effective 30th Nov 2021. The airline will also resume its Singapore-Tiruchirappalli service with trice weekly flights effective 2 December 2021, increasing to five-times weekly from 2 January 2022.

All the flights are subject to regulatory approvals and will be operated as non-Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights.
Vistara, IndiGo Also Announced Flights To Singapore
Indian airline carriers like Vistara and IndiGo have also announced their flights to Singapore from Indian cities like Chennai and Mumbai.
Full-service carrier Vistara announced that it will start operating flights from Mumbai to Singapore starting from 29th Nov 2021.
The round-trip all-inclusive fares for Mumbai-Singapore-Mumbai start at INR 28,349 and round-trip all-inclusive fares for Singapore-Mumbai-Singapore start at SGD 699.
Low-cost carrier IndiGo has also announced the resumption of flights from Chennai to Singapore under Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) from November 29, 2021.
IndiGo has scheduled 6E 51 which will depart from Chennai at 10:30 PM and arrive in Singapore at 5:15 AM the next morning. The same flight will be returned from Singapore at 06:15 AM and will arrive at Chennai, India at 08:00.
Requirements For Travel From India to Singapore
Short-term visitors and long-term pass holders will need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) to enter Singapore under the VTL. Applications for the VTP for short-term visitors and long-term pass holders for travel from India opened on 22 November 2021.
Fully vaccinated Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, and children aged 12 and below do not need to apply for a VTP to enter Singapore under the VTL.
“VTP applications will open for intended dates of entry from 29 November 2021 to 21 January 2022 (7 to 60 calendar days ahead). Those who intend to enter Singapore after 1 December 2021 are strongly encouraged to apply after 24 November 2021,” stated CAAS.
VTP applicants need a passport, digital proof of vaccination, and address in Singapore for self-isolation pending the results of their on-arrival COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test.
