As the UAE rolls out its advanced visa system, new visa rules went into effect on October 3rd, bringing with them a slew of benefits for travellers.

The new visa rules announced last month include a 10-year expanded golden visa scheme, a five-year green residency programme favoured by skilled workers, and a new multiple-entry tourist visa that allows them to stay in the country for up to 90 days.

According to the Dubai media office, “The new system of entry and residence is aimed at attracting and retaining global talents and skilled workers.”

As per the UAE’s new visa rules, the requirements for applying for a UAE Jobseeker Visa have been streamlined, and certain categories of applicants are no longer required to have a sponsor or host.
