Log-cost airline IndiGo on Wednesday announced a temporary suspension on all its international flights until 30th April 2020.
“Our international operations are temporarily suspended until 30th April 2020. Your money is safe in the form of a credit shell, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.” The airline writes in a Twitter post.

The airline has clarified that if a customer’s flight is suspended until April 14, a credit shell would have automatically been created by Indigo against their PNR. In case, a customer cancels a booking for travel up to April 30, they can create a credit shell from the ‘Edit Booking’ section on the airline’s website.
Earlier Air India has suspended all it’s domestic and international flight till 30th April and GoAir has also announced a suspension of international flight till 30th April.
Although all Indian airlines except Air India are continue taking new bookings for travel after 14th April.
Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of Civil Aviation, earlier in a tweet has said that the govt is yet to take any decision on resumption of flight services both in domestic and international sectors.
