As the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) Govt of India has finalized an Air Bubble Agreement with Australia, Indian flagship carrier Air India has announced more flights between India and Australia till March 2022.
As per the announcement made by Air India on Twitter, it has started operating flights between Indian capital New Delhi and Australian cities Melbourne, Sydney w.e.f. 02nd Jan 2022 and continue to operate till the end of March 2022.
Here are the details shared by Air India for additional flights between Delhi and Melbourne, Sydney.
Between Delhi and Melbourne, the airline will operate one weekly flight every Sunday starting from 2nd January to 27th March 2022;
While on the Delhi-Sydney-Delhi sector Air India will operate every Monday, Tuesday effective from 3rd January to 22nd March 2022.
As per the air bubble agreement signed between India and Australia, airlines of both countries may carry the following passengers on their flights being operated under this arrangement.
