Due to the prevailing Covid-19 conditions in Europe, Disneyland Paris will not reopen on the 13th of February as initially planned, however, if conditions permit, it will reopen on April 2, 2021, said officials of Disneyland Paris on Twitter.

Disneyland Paris is Europe’s biggest tourist attraction and was closed because of the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. It was expected to reopen on the 13th of February, but as the situation is growing worst in Europe, it will now reopen on the 2nd of April 2021 and start taking reservations from that date forward. And that too if the situation would be under control, says the officials.

If you have a booking with us during the closing period, please check our website for our latest commercial conditions“, it added.

“Given the current context our plans continue to evolve, but please know that we will make every effort to share with you any updates as soon as it is possible.

“Please check back on the website for regular updates. If you have a booking with us during the closing period, please check here for our latest commercial conditions. We thank you for your continued loyalty and understanding during this difficult period”, the official website stated on its latest release.

The famous attraction employs 17,000 people and was closed between March 13 and July 15 last year, in 2020, and has been shut again since October 30.

Notably, the Disney group has announced 32,000 job cuts at its theme park activities worldwide by the end of the first quarter, mostly in the United States, because of the impact of the COVID-19.
