No Change Fees On Domestic Flights Booked Between 17-30 April, Says IndiGo

Leading low-cost carrier IndiGo on Friday announced that it will not charge any change (Date/Time) fees on domestic flight tickets booked between April 17 and April 30.

IndiGo also announced that the passengers can now do unlimited changes for new bookings made till 30th April 2021, on regular fares under this offer. However, there is no change in the cancellation fee, and that will be chargeable.

“In line with its mission to enable hassle-free travel for its customers, India’s leading carrier – IndiGo – announced that it will waive off change fees on new bookings made from 17th April 2021, till 30th April 2021,” IndiGo said in a release.

Sanjay Kumar, Chief Strategy & Revenue Officer, IndiGo said, “It is our constant endeavor to create customer delight and enhance our customer experience. This offer is in line with our philosophy of providing our customers a hassle-free experience, and giving them much-needed flexibility, especially in these times. Indian flag carrier Air India has also announced that it will allow one free Date/Sector/ Flight Change on all domestic flight tickets for the travel period with immediate effect till 30 April 2021.
