Vietjet, a leading Vietnamese airline, revealed plans to launch the first-ever non-stop airline flight between Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and Kochi in India.
According to the airline’s statement released on Thursday, VietJet is to operate 4 weekly flights between both cities and the new route is scheduled to commence operations effective from August 12, 2023.
VietJet Kochi-HCMC Flight Schedule
Vietjet’s new Kochi-HCMC route will offer passengers the convenience of four weekly flights, with departures from each city on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
The flights from Kochi will take off at 23:50 local time, reaching Ho Chi Minh City at 06:40 local time. Return flights will depart from Ho Chi Minh City at 19:20 local time, arriving in Kochi at 22:50 local time.

This strategic addition complements Vietjet’s existing flights to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from key Indian cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad.

Furthermore, Vietjet announced special promotions exclusively for Indian travellers, including one-way economy-class tickets starting from Rs 5,555 (with conditions) during sales every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Business class fares will also be available at discounted rates, subject to availability.
