To effectively carry out the transition, the US Visa Services will be unavailable for a brief period. Specifically, from July 26 to July 28, 2023, all services will be suspended. Additionally, fee payment services will not be accessible from July 25 to July 28, 2023.

However, rest assured that all services will resume via the new system on July 29, 2023.

Action Required from Visa Applicants

To facilitate the seamless migration of appointment and payment information to the new system, visa applicants are urged to take the following steps at their earliest convenience:

1. Verify Profile Information

Applicants should ensure that all the data entered in their visa profile is complete and accurate. If there are any discrepancies or outdated details, they should promptly make the necessary corrections.

2. Visa Fee Payment

For those intending to pay their visa application fees, it is advised to do so before July 24, 2023. Payment services will be temporarily suspended from July 25 to July 28, 2023, to accommodate the system change. Normal fee payment services will resume on July 29, 2023.

3. Associate Payment with Profile

Applicants who have already paid their visa fee but have not yet associated it with their profile should log in to their profile and enter the payment receipt number to link the payment.

If you are a travel coordinator, group coordinator, or applying as a family with dependent visa applicants linked to a primary applicant profile, please take note of the following important instructions:

Each dependent or applicant should have a unique email address associated with their profile. If any of the dependents share the same email address with the primary applicant or others, it will be necessary to update their email address to a unique one.
