US to Issue Record Number of Visas in 2023, Says Ambassador

In a recent address at an event organized by “Indiaspora,” a prominent organization dedicated to strengthening India-U.S. relations, U.S. Ambassador Eric Garcetti unveiled plans for a historic surge in visa issuances by the United States in the year 2023.

Speaking in New Delhi, Ambassador Garcetti recounted his discussions with President Joe Biden, who lauded India as “the most important country in the world.”

Amidst the diplomatic discourse, the Ambassador also underscored concerns over the lack of freedom of navigation in the South China Sea.
