Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the government of Turkey has decided to extend the validity of a Single Entry Visa to 2 years (24 Months).
The Consulate of Turkey will now issue Visas with a longer validity of 2-year (24 months) for single entry applicants.
According to some sources, Turkey will issue a new sticker visa for the applicants who already have a sticker or an e-visa but were not able to use it because of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The new Visa thus issued will also have two-year validity. If the applicant could not travel due to a pandemic, the applicant can re-apply for the new visa at no additional charges (Free of Cost).
The Turkish visa centres in New Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad will process the re-application.
