Are you an Indian stranded abroad and wants to return back? Here is the complete process you need to follow for your safe return to India.

The government of India is already started the world’s biggest ever repatriation mission Vande Bharat Mission to bring back all Indian national stranded abroad.

The first phase of Vande Bharat Mission is already started from 07th May and the govt. of India is all set to operate 64 flights in 7 days to bring back 15,000 Indians stranded abroad.

Here is the process of Return of Indian Nationals Stranded Abroad

  1. Register with Embassy
  2. Embassies to Prepare List of Distressed Citizens
  3. Non-schedule Commercial Flights Being Arranged
  4. Medical Screening Before Departure
  5. Only Asymptomatic Travelers Allowed.
  6. Medical Screening on Arrival
  7. Compulsory Registration on Aarogya Setu App
  8. Quarantine for 14 Days, in Hospital or Designated Facility.
  9. COVID-19 Test After 14 Days
  10. Free to Go Home

Priority will be given to workers in distress, elderly people, urgent medical cases, pregnant women as well as to other people who are stranded in difficult situations.
