Indonesia 5-Year Multiple-Entry Visas

The newly launched visa offers five-year multiple-entry visas which allow stays of up to 60 days per visit to foreigners who want to visit the country for tourism or business reasons.

It is important to mention here that, the regular tourist visa for Indonesia is valid for 30 days and one entry and allowed visitors can extend it for another 30 days before it expires.

D1 and D2 Visas for Various Needs

Starting January 2024, foreigners can choose between two multiple-entry visa options, each valid for five years:

1. D1 Visa: Perfect for leisure travellers, this visa allows you to explore Indonesia’s stunning landscapes, vibrant cities, and rich culture for up to 60 days per visit. Activities like sightseeing, visiting friends and family, and attending cultural events are all permitted under this visa.

2. D2 Visa: Geared towards business travellers, the D2 Visa grants a 60-day stay per visit for activities such as participating in meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and business negotiations. However, full-time employment or engaging in commercial activities requiring a work permit are not allowed.
