The UAE has announced a new multiple-entry tourist visa for holders of the “Hayya” Card who will be attending the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. UAE’s multiple-entry visa programme is part of the country’s initiatives to assist the State of Qatar in hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The UAE will host world cup fans through Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa options, allowing them to enter the country multiple times over a 90-day period.

What is the “Hayya” Card?
Hayya Card is a personalized document required to attend any World Cup match between November 20 and December 18. It is worth noting that the “Hayya Card” is required for visitors, citizens, and residents of Qatar to enter any of the World Cup stadiums.
Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa
According to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security, the programme includes granting a multiple-entry visa to the UAE for a period of up to (90) days from the date of issuance.
According to the Authority, holders of the “Hayya” card can enter the UAE by applying for this visa beginning November 1, 2022, and it will allow them to enter the country multiple times during the validity period.
The multiple-entry visa to the UAE is valid for up to (90) days from the date of issuance; however, the visa can be extended for another 90 days in accordance with the conditions, procedures, and fees outlined in the UAE’s current visa system.
The UAE has also reduced the fee for this multiple-entry tourist visa to AED 100, which must be paid only once for the whole period.
How to apply?
“Hayya” card holders can apply for the Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa via the website (www.icp.gov.ae), by selecting “Smart Channels,” then “Public Services,” then “Hayya Card Holders” Visa, and finally completing data and documents and paying the applicable fees.

- Access the ICP web portal (www.icp.gov.ae)
- Choose the “Smart Channels” link
- Choose “Public Services” from the main menu
- Select “Hayya Card Holders Visa” from Public Services to get the form
- Fill application form
Citizens of visa-free countries are exempt from the above procedures because they can enter and stay in the UAE under current procedures.
