Emirates To Expand African Network To 15 Destinations From 1st October

Emirates’ African network expands to 15 destinations with the restart of Luanda, Angola on October 1st.

The airline continues to gradually and safely restore its network, delivering on its health and safety pledge to respond to growing global passenger demand.

  • Flights to Luanda will initially be operated once a week on Thursdays.
  • Emirates flight EK793 departs Dubai at 9:45 AM and lands in Luanda at 2:30 PM.
  • The EK794 departs Luanda at 6:25 p.m. and arrives in Dubai the next day at 5:10 a.m.
  • Tickets can be booked through emirates.com, the Emirates app, the Emirates sales offices, travel agents and online travel agents.

Customers can stop off or travel to Dubai as the city has reopened to international business and leisure travelers.

To ensure the safety of travelers, visitors and the community, COVID-19 PCR testing is mandatory for all inbound and transit passengers entering Dubai (and the UAE), including UAE citizens, residents and tourists regardless of which country they come from.
