Dubai’s leading airline, Emirates, is set to revolutionize the travel experience for busy professionals in the city’s financial hub by launching its new City Check-In and Travel Store.

The state-of-the-art facility will be located in the elite ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and will open its doors to customers on April 27th.

Customers can visit the space and check in anytime from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. They can begin their travel experience with seamless service via self-check-in kiosks, at dedicated desks with Emirates agents, or with the help of the world’s first-ever check-in robot assistant – Sara.

This innovative portable robotic check-in system can match faces with scanned passports, check passengers in, and guide them to the luggage drop area.

Stylish and Spacious Contemporary Space

The City Check-In and Travel Store is a stylish and spacious contemporary space that offers the opportunity to book tickets, browse travel merchandise, and check in. Paid valet parking and self-parking are available to ensure an elevated, hassle-free check-in experience for Emirates passengers.

Visitors can also get expert advice and offers on trending destinations. At the same time, dedicated travel consultants can assist with purchasing tickets for future journeys, managing current bookings, purchasing upgrades, selecting preferred seats, and arranging extra baggage if required.

Complimentary Access to Lifestyle Facilities

Emirates passengers with valid boarding passes who wish to discover the area or relax before their flight will have complimentary access to select lifestyle facilities in the world-renowned ICD Brookfield Place.

Home Check-In Service

Emirates also offers a home check-in service in Dubai and Sharjah, fulfilled by DUBZ, making travel swift and smooth for passengers. DUBZ agents complete the check-in process in the customer’s home, hotel, or office, and take the bags to the flight while customers are free to breeze through the airport later. The Home Check-In service is complimentary for First Class passengers.
