Air India Express Announces Flights Between India and Malaysia For Aug 2021

Air India Express, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India, has announced new flights between India and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for August 2021 under the Vande Bharat Mission.

As per a social media update shared by the airline, it will connect Indian cities including Trichy, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Chennai with Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Air India Express has opened the booking of all the above-mentioned flights, tickets can be booked through the Air India Express website, Call Centre, City Office, or Authorized travel agents.

It must be noted that bookings for flights from Kuala Lumpur to India could be done only through OSCAR HOLIDAYS.

Who can travel to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia?

Indian passengers cannot travel to Kuala Lumpur, however, Malaysian nationals are given exceptions provided they undergo quarantine for 14 days.

New RT-PCR Test Rule For International Travel

Starting from May 22nd, all passengers traveling out from India are required to have a negative Covid-19 (RT-PCR) report with a QR code linking to the original report. If any passenger failed to provide a negative RT-PCR test with a QR code they would not be allowed to board.
