Vistara Postpones Inaugural Flight Between Delhi And Tokyo

Leading full-service carrier Vistara on Friday in a social media post informed that it has postponed the inaugural flight between Delhi and Haneda, Tokyo which is scheduled to operate on 16th June. The direct flight service between the two capital cities will now start from 07th July 2021.

Vistara has planned to fly once a week between Delhi and Haneda under the air bubble agreement signed between India and Japan.

“Due to operational reasons, we are having to postpone the commencement of our inaugural service between Delhi and Haneda (Tokyo), scheduled for 16 June’21. The first flight has now been rescheduled to 7 July’21. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and we will ensure that suitable alternatives are offered to all affected customers”

Vistara will deploy its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft with a three-class cabin configuration to serve the Delhi-Tokyo-Delhi route. furthermore, Vistara has also trained its cabin crew in the Japanese language to extend the warmth of true Indian hospitality to travelers from Japan.

Fare And Booking

The round-trip all-inclusive fares for Delhi-Tokyo-Delhi start at INR 45,049 and round-trip all-inclusive fares for Tokyo-Delhi-Tokyo start at JPY 90,099.

Bookings for these flights are now open on all channels including the Vistara website, iOS and Android mobile apps, through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and travel agents.
