No-frills carrier Indigo and GoAir is now the part of Vande Bharat Mission, as these airlines will operate 11 flights from Saudi Arabia between 19 June and 22 June, under the phase 3 of the mission.
As per the Press Release share by Embassy of India in Saudi Arabia, GoAir will operate 1 flight from Dammam to Lucknow on 19 June 2020, while, IndiGo will operate 10 flights from Dammam, Jeddha & Riyadh to various cities in India.
Under Phase 3 the Vande Bharat Mission a total of 12 flights will operate to evacuation Stranded Indians. Flag carrier Air India will operate an only flight from Dammam to Delhi-Bhubaneshwar on 16 June 2020.

The bookings of these flights are not yet started, upon asking about the bookings are process Indigo in a social media comment said…
“All repatriation/special flights are handled and managed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA). We recommend you get in touch with the concerned embassy for further assistance. Hope you reach home soon!”
It is indeed good news for stranded Indians in Saudi Arabia, as the government is now allowing the private airlines to operate evacuation flights we will see more flights by them in the coming days. But as there is no clarity on booking of these flights we recommend you to keep in touch with the embassy.
