As per the latest travel advisory issue by Indigo, Passengers who are travelling to the Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Uttarakhand will have to comply with the respective state government regulations on obtaining a mandatory e-pass from the website links mentioned below:

- Karnataka: https://sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English
- Tamil Nadu: https://tnepass.tnega.org/
Failure to produce confirmed e-pass at check-in counter may lead to denied boarding.
If you are travel agent, you are further requested to advise all your passengers to check the respective websites of state governments where they are traveling to, for any travel-related advisory that may have been issued by them.
Non-compliance of the same may result in denied boarding.
