Tourism Australia has recently launched a travel sale in partnership with key players in the industry to provide Indian travellers with the opportunity to explore attractive deals on holidays to Australia.

The all-inclusive, return economy-class airfares start from Rs. 53,600 and the sale is valid until 28 February 2023 with a travel validity of up to 31 December 2023. This campaign aims to drive the recovery of tourism and boost arrivals to Australia.

Campaign Aims to Drive Tourism Recovery and Boost Arrivals in Australia

The campaign, promoted across targeted digital and social media platforms, aims to drive the recovery of tourism by increasing bookings on partner airlines and tourism products.

The previous versions of the campaign have recorded over 130,000 bookings for partner airlines, and the current campaign aims to facilitate aviation recovery and help Australian tourism return to pre-COVID levels.

India Ranks as Third Largest Source Market for Australia

India is currently ranked as the third largest source market for Australia and is expected to be the first market to recover to 2019 levels. Arrivals from India have reached 88% of 2019 levels since the reopening of Indian skies for scheduled international commercial airlines.
