Thai Vietjet To Start Nonstop Flights Between Ahmedabad And Bangkok Starting Oct 01

Thai VietJet Air, a Thai low-cost airline and an associate with Vietnamese airline VietJet Air has announced that it will start three-weekly services between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) and Ahmedabad starting October 01, 2022.

The airline has also announced special promotional fares for the AMD-BKK route beginning at Rs 9,882 inclusive of taxes, fees, and surcharges. The discounted fares will only be available for flight tickets booked between July 20 and July 27 for travel between Oct 01 22 and March 25 23.

“The special deluxe service includes 7 kg carry-on and 20 kg of checked baggage, free seat selection, priority check-in and flexibility with unlimited flight changes at no charge. This promotion is available for booking from July 20-27 July with a travel period from October 1, 2022, – March 25, 2023.”

Said Thai Vietjet Air in a official statement.

Thai Vietjet began operations in 2016 and now has a fleet of 16 aircraft (Airbus A320 and A321). It operates two daily flights between Bangkok and Phnom Penh, as well as one daily flight between Bangkok and Singapore.

Starting on July 16, 2022, the airline has also commenced a direct service from Bangkok to Fukuoka.

Guidelines For Travel to Thailand

The Royal Thai Govt has ended the requirement of the Thailand Pass and mandatory $10,000 health insurance for international visitors entering the country.

Currently, fully vaccinated travellers entering Thailand are no longer needed to have a Covid-19 test certificate prior to entry or to undergo quarantine upon arrival.
