Thai Airways Reduce IATA Commission For Travel Agents

Thai Airways International on Thursday in a trade circular said that it will reduce the IATA commission from the current 1% to 0% with effect from 08th August 2020.

The airline takes this decision in view of the challenging times and emergency measures to reduce costs.

At present Travel agents are receiving 1% IATA commission when they book Thai Airways flights through GDS (Global Distribution System), now the airline has decided to reduce the it to 0% which means travel agents will not receive any IATA commission from 08 August 2020.
