Low-cost carrier SpiceJet has announced that it has launched a new online platform ‘Change Assist’ to help to rebook or seek refunds for the flights rescheduled/canceled by the airline.
Through the new changes.spicejet.com platform, travel agents can choose an alternate flight at no additional cost or check their eligibility for a full refund.
This new service is applicable for:
- Cancelled flights
- Flights preponed by 60 minutes or more
- Flights postponed by 120 minutes or more
