Singapore Airlines on Tuesday started the bookings for Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights from India to Singapore. Scheduled international flights between two countries will operate under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) starting November 29.
As of now, Singapore has a plan to operate six designated VTL flights daily 2 each from Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai.
This comes days after the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) signed an agreement with the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) of India to resume scheduled commercial passenger flights between India and Singapore.

VTL Flights From India To Singapore
Chennai – Singapore: SQ529 will operate daily as the designated VTL flights from Chennai to Singapore from 29 November 2021.
Delhi – Singapore: SQ403 will operate daily as the designated VTL flight from Delhi to Singapore from 29 November 2021.
Mumbai – Singapore SQ423 will operate daily as the designated VTL flight from Mumbai to Singapore from 29 November 2021.

In addition to the above-mentioned flights, Singapore Airlines said it will operate non-VTL direct flights connecting Singapore with Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Kochi from November 30.
However, those who are traveling on non-VTL flights into Singapore will have to follow the border measures.
Singapore Airlines Offering Up To 50% Discount
The Singapore Airline in a statement also said that it has offered up to 50% off on selected fares to Singapore from points across India to celebrate its resumption of operations from India for the first time since March 2020.
“Round trip fares start from ₹13,100 all-inclusive, and customers can avail of this sale from November 23-30, 2021, for travel before December 31, 2021. The special Celebration Offer fares will be available through various distribution channels from Tuesday (Nov 23)”
How To Apply For Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP)
To travel on a VTL flight passengers need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) through the govt’s VTP Application Portal and follow the simple steps mentioned below;
Step 1: Go to the official website of the Singapore Government Agency from the above link. Click on ‘Create New VTP Application’.
Step 2: Enter your name and active e-mail address. An OTP will be generated.
Step 3: Enter the OTP and captcha displayed on your screen. Now, add your travel details-country of departure. For India, the details are available from Monday after 6 PM and the intended date of travel.
Step 4: You will be asked to enter all your personal information, such as your passport number. Click on ‘Submit’.
