Scoot, a Singaporean low-cost airline and a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines has new flights between India and Singapore starting from today, 28th Dec 2021 under the air bubble arrangements.
As per a trade circular issued by the airline, it will start connecting Singapore with six Indian cities namely – Amritsar (ATQ), Coimbatore (CJB), Hyderabad (HYD), Trivandrum (TRV), Tiruchirappalli (TRZ), and Vishakhapatnam (VTZ).
It is worth mentioning that the flights from Singapore to Coimbatore, Trivandrum, and Vishakhapatnam will be the new launches while the airline has existing services to/from Hyderabad, Tiruchirappalli, and Amritsar.
Please note that flights to these six cities are not part of Singapore’s current VTL arrangements, and customers on these flights must meet entry requirements into Singapore and will face prevailing health control measures including seven days Stay Home Notice (SHN) in Singapore.

All travelers entering or transiting through Singapore are to comply with the following additional
test requirements:
- Travelers with travel history to Category I countries/regions entering or transiting through Singapore:
- To complete a pre-departure ART administered at a clinic or PCR test.
- Remain in self-isolation until a negative COVID-19 PCR test result is conveyed.
- Travelers with travel history to Category II (non-VTI), III and IV countries/regions entering Singapore:
- To complete an on-arrival PCR test.
- Serve 7 or 10 days Stay-Home Notice (SHN) based on Country/Region Classification below
