Saudi Arabia To Resume All International Flights From March 31

As per the report of the Saudi Press Agency, the Ministry of Interior on Friday said that Saudi Arabia has decided to lift the temporary travel ban and resume all international flights From 31st March 2021.

As per the statement, the Interior Ministry’s official source said that starting from March 31. 2021 citizens to be allowed to travel abroad, return to Saudi Arabia.

The decision will come into force on March 31, 2021, includes the following measures:

  • Allowing citizens to travel abroad and return to the Kingdom.
  • Fully lifting of the ban on all international flights.
  • Opening all land, sea, and air outlets, in full.

The statement further said that the implementation of the above-mentioned measures will be done in accordance with the procedures and precautions laid down by the concerned committee amid all necessary precautionary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom in coordination with the concerned authorities.

Earlier this week, the country has lifted the temporary travel suspension imposed because of the new strain of Covid-19 that emerged in the UK and other countries. But flights from India and few other countries are still suspended.
