In a bid to cater to the high demand during the Holi time, the Northern Railway has announced 18 pairs of new special trains for the convenience of passengers.
It must be noted here that all passengers traveling in these special trains will have to follow all Covid-19 related protocols and guidelines during the journey.
“In anticipation of a huge crowd in trains during Holi, Northern Railway will run 18 pairs of additional trains between March 21 and March 31. 18 pairs of puja special trains have been extended,” said Northern Railway General Manager Ashutosh Gangal
These new pair of trains will help in curbing the rush of passengers and ease the journey for various travelers amid the ongoing COVID pandemic. These special trains will operate on a daily, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, and weekly basis.
