Nepal To Operate Charter Flights To Saudi Arabia For Indian Citizens

The Indian Embassy in Nepal on Monday in a social media post informed that Nepal Airlines and Himalayan Airlines will be operating special charter flights from Kathmandu to Jeddah/Riyadh for Indian citizens stranded in Nepal.

The notice issued by the Indian embassy stated;

All Indian citizens who had arrived in Kathmandu to travel to Saudi Arabia are hereby informed that Nepal Airlines and Himalayan Airlines have been authorized by the Government of Nepal to operate limited charter flights from Kathmandu to Jeddah/Riyadh and Dammam for this purpose.

The operation of such lights is subject to landing permits and other necessary permissions from the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Government of Saudi Arabia.
