Indonesia Visa: VFS Global Starts Fast-Track Visa On Arrival Services For 75 Countries, Including India

Travellers to Indonesia who are eligible for Visa on Arrival can now complete the process online, prior to departure, through VFS Global, for a faster, smoother visa application journey.

VFS Global has entered into an exclusive agreement with TLP, the Immigration Department of the Republic of Indonesia, and Bank Mandiri to provide international passengers arriving in Jakarta with online fee prepayment, fast-track access, and concierge services.

Indonesia Fast-Track Visa On Arrival

Nationals of the 75 eligible countries can apply for an Indonesia Visa on Arrival through VFS Global by submitting their documents and paying the fees online prior to their trip at https://indonesiavoa.vfsevisa.id/information.

How to use the fast-track VOA service

  • STEP 1: Visit Indonesia eVisa on Arrival – Indonesia eVisa.
  • STEP 2: Submit the required documents and pay the VOA fee online.
  • STEP 3: Await the confirmation email that will be sent to the registered email ID.
  • STEP 4: Upon landing in Jakarta, head to the dedicated fast-track lane with the confirmation email to get the visa stamped.

VFS Global will provide Standard and Express service

Applicants who choose the Standard service will be able to submit their applications no later than 72 hours before their departure date and will benefit from the expedited immigration process.

Those who choose the Express service will be able to submit their applications no less than 24 hours before their departure date. The Express service also offers personalised assistance and guidance from the arrival gate to immigration, baggage claim, and customs.
