Frontier Group Holdings, Inc., the holding company of Frontier Airlines, has made a Form S-1 filing an application to withdraw the registration notice, which was originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 31, 2017.

The withdrawal will take effect as early as possible.

As a result, the airline is no longer pursuing an IPO of its common shares at this time. The withdrawal of the statement is in line with the public interest and the protection of investors, the group said.

No further details have been released.
