Emirates, the flagship carrier of UAE is planning to resume flights between India and UAE from 07 July, which is suspended since April 24 due to a huge surge in Coronavirus cases in India.
However, as per the airline it is awaiting exact travel protocols and guidelines from the UAE government regarding the resumption of the flight operations from India.
Earlier, the airline in response to a query from a passenger said. “We’re expecting to resume our flights from India to Dubai from 7th of July 2021… We’re waiting for the exact travel protocols and relevant permits from the government authorities. We hope to have more details soon.”
It is worth mentioning that last week Emirates said that it will resume flights between India and UAE starting from June 23.
The announcement comes after the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management eases the travel restrictions for residency visa holders who wish to travel to UAE from India, South Africa, and Nigeria.
