The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) on Tuesday announced another extension of the ban on Indian travelers.

This suspension applies to travelers from India on all flights on national and foreign carriers, as well as for transit passengers coming from India, except for transit flights traveling to the UAE and bound for India.

The suspension also includes the entry for travelers who were in India in the 14-day period before arrival in the UAE.

UAE has announced the restrictions for 10 days starting from 11.59 pm on April 24 but last week the authorities announced that the suspension would stay in place until May 14. Now, the extension announced on Tuesday gave no date for when services would resume.
