Coronavirus: Vistara waives cancellation charges for domestic, international flights

In a major relief for passengers amid coronavirus pandemic, Vistara airlines has waives cancellation charges for domestic and international flights.

The airline has waives cancellation charges for all domestic flights booked on or before March 1.
Cancellation charges have also been waived for all international flight tickets booked on or before March 12.
The airline also said that it will temporarily reduce the number of flights on the international and domestic segment in light of the weak demand due to the ongoing coronavirus situation.

The airline also said that it will temporarily reduce the number of flights on the international and domestic segment in light of the weak demand due to the ongoing coronavirus situation.

“There is temporary capacity rationalisation in domestic as well as international network due to the drop in demand. We have waived off cancellation charges for all domestic tickets booked on or before 01 March 2020 and for all international tickets booked on or before 12 March 2020,” Vistara spokesperson said.
