The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has announced that all International scheduled commercial passenger flights to remain suspended till 1830 hours of April 14, 2020.
The ban will not apply to cargo flights and those passenger flights which are specifically approved by DGCA for evacuation purposes.

CIRCULAR
Sub: Travel and Visa restrictions related to COVID-19
In continuation of CIRCULAR-II dated 19.3.2020 issued on the subject cited above, it has been decided that all scheduled international commercial passenger services shall remain closed till 1830 hrs GMT of April 14, 2020. However, this restriction will not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights specifically approved by DGCA.
