Air India to Start Daily Non-Stop Flights Between Mumbai and New York Effective February 14

Air India on Wednesday in a social media post informed that it will start operating daily non-stop flights between Mumbai and New York starting February 14, 2023.

Air India currently only offers a one-stop service between BOM-JFK via Delhi and does not offer any direct flights from Mumbai to New York.

“Fly daily and non-stop from Mumbai to New York, on the luxurious B777-200LR. Daily flights start from 14th February 2023. Fly with us. Fly non-stop,” said Air India in a Tweet.

Air India has scheduled, AI 119 which departs from Mumbai’s CSMIA at 00:55 hrs. and arrives at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport at 06:55 hrs. The same flight will depart from New York at 10:55 a.m. and arrive in Mumbai at 11:35 a.m. the following day.

Air India also offers all-inclusive return fares starting at ₹76,500. The booking for flights has been opened and can be booked by through the official website of Air India, online travel websites, call centres or the airline’s city office.

According to the airline’s announcement, it will fly the luxurious B777-200LR between Mumbai and New York. The Boeing 777-200LR has three cabin configurations, with 8 seats in First Class, 35 in Business Class, and 195 in Economy Class.
