Air India To Operate 11 Flights Between Delhi And Newark

Indian National carrier, Air India on Saturday in a social media post said that it will operate 11 additional flights between Delhi and Newark, the USA under the air transport bubble agreement.

Air India will operate these flights between 1st Oct and 24th Oct every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.

Air India is operating a total of 347 between India and the USA under Phase 6 of the Vande Bharat Mission, but there is no flights scheduled between Delhi and Newark.

To connect Newark from India the airline is operating 24 flights and all the flights are scheduled between Mumbai and Newark only.

So, it is the first time in VBM Phase 6 when the airline is announced direct flights between 2 cities.

Bookings of these flights will be open on 5th September at 2000 hrs IST through Air India Website.

Those who wish to travel in these flights can book through Air India Website, Booking Offices, Call Centers & Authorized travel agents.

Also, As these flights are operating under the air transport bubble agreement between India and the US, and as per the latest guidelines by the Ministry of Home Affairs, you will not require any prior registration for travel on these air bubble flights.
