Indian flagship carrier Air India has announced that it will increase the frequency of flights to/from Tel Aviv, Israel effective 06 November 2021.
At present the airline is operating only one weekly flight between Delhi, India and Tel Aviv, Israel but starting from 06th Nov, AI will operate flights on the Delhi-Tel Aviv-Delhi sector every Tuesday & Saturday and will continue to operate till 26th March 2022.

Guidelines For Travel To Israel
International travel to Israel is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.
Vaccinated Traveler Exceptions
Travelers who present a valid certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, issued in Israel, will only need to self-isolate for 24 hours, or until the test on arrival is confirmed negative. The final dose must have been administered at least 7 days before departure and within 6 months prior.
Travelers vaccinated outside of Israel may petition an exemption by taking a serologic test, further information can be found at https://corona.health.gov.il/en/directives/air-travel-covid19-green/#vaccinated-and-recovered
Exemptions are revoked if a ‘red country’ has been visited in the previous 14 days before travel, countries are categorized by risk level at https://www.gov.il/en/Departments/DynamicCollectors/green-red-countries?skip=0
