Air India Repatriation Flights To USA, Canada; Check Schedule, Booking Details

India national carrier Air India on Wednesday said that it will operate 75 additional repatriation flights under Vande Bharat Mission Phase 3 from India to select destinations in the USA and Canada from 9th to 30th June 2020.

This includes flights to New York, Newark, Chicago, Washington, SFO, Vancouver & Toronto.

All the additional flights to the USA and Canada will operate from Delhi and Mumbai only.

Update: Vande Bharat Mission Phase 3 Full Flight Schedule

Bookings for the Repatriation Flights will be open on 05th June 2020 from 1700 hrs.

The eligibility criteria and visa requirements for Indians to travel abroad on repatriation flights has changed and as per the new rules by Ministry of Home Affairs;

“Only those persons shall be allowed to travel to the destination countries, who are citizens of that country; who hold visas of at least one-year duration of that country; and green card or OCI cardholder.”

“Indian Nationals who are holding visa of that country, with a minimum residual validity of three months. In case an Indian National is having a confirmed offer of employment/internship/admission in an educational institution, he/ she can be allowed with a visa of that country, with a minimum residual validity of one month.”
