Air India Launched Independence Day Offer; UAE-India Flight Tickets Starting At Dh330

Air India, India’s flag carrier airline presently owned by Tata Sons, has announced a special Independence Day deal on all flights from the Gulf and Middle East countries to India.

The airline is offering flight tickets from UAE to major Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai will cost passengers as low as Dh330 (₹7151 approx.).

One India One Fare Independence Day Special Offer

Under the special travel offer “One India One Fare’, Air India offers attractive one-way fares from all Gulf Countries on all direct flights to any destination in India.

“Air India celebrates India’s Independence Day by offering ONE INDIA ONE FARE for travel from Gulf & Middle East (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) to India,” said Air India on its official website.

Furthermore, travellers are permitted 35kg of check-in baggage and 8kg of hand luggage on all tickets purchased during the promotion period for travel until October 15, 2022.

• The One India One Fare Independence Day Special offer is valid for sale effective 8th August 22 till 21st August 22 and for travel effective 08th August 22 up to 15th October 22 only.
• Extra 5 kgs Free Baggage Allowance is also applicable during the promotional offer.
• Valid on direct flights only.

The scheme is available for sale from City Booking Office (CTOs), Website, Mobile app and through Travel Agents.

According to Air India regional manager PP Singh, “UAE contribute 50% of flights operating in the Gulf and 56% of seats offered out of the Gulf. Air India’s Gulf operations, including Air India Express, total 81,000 seats per week.”

Below is the full list of promotional fares announced by Air India from GCC countries to major Indian destinations. Passengers would be offered limited seats under the scheme on a first-come, first-served basis.

For the first time, Air India has introduced such an appealing offer that is available from all Gulf stations to India at the same time. The one-way all-inclusive special fares apply to Air India direct flights from each station.
