Air India Express Announces Flights From Saudi, Kuwait to India: All Details Here

Indian low-cost carrier Air India Express has announced the flight schedule from Kuwait and Dammam in Saudi Arabia to India for July-October 2021 under the Vande Bharat Mission.

Air India Express, in a social media post, informed that its flight on Dammam-Kochi (IX 1482) of 6th & 13th July 2021 will operate on 7th & 14th July 2021 as Dammam-Kochi-Kozhikode and passengers who booked on IX1386 (Dammam-Kozhikode) have been re-accommodated on Dammam-Kochi-Kozhikode

The airline also said, on 17th July 2021, it will be fly on the Dammam-Thiruvananthapuram-Chennai sector. Flight IX 1582 will depart from Dammam at 10:30 AM and arrive in Thiruvananthapuram at 5:35 PM, and later land in Chennai at 7:45 PM.

Also, its flights from Dammam to Hyderabad on 18th July 2021 will operate as Dammam-Trichy-Hyderabad.

Kuwait

The airline has also announced its flight schedule for Kuwait to India, it will be connecting Kuwait to India’s Vijayawada, Kozhikode, Kannur, Trichy, Kochi, and Mangalore.

Air India Express has opened the booking of all the above-mentioned flights, tickets can be booked through the Air India Express website, Call Centre, City Office, or Authorized travel agents.

Who Can Travel To Kuwait From India?

Passengers from the following categories are permitted to travel to Kuwait from India:

  • Domestic workers.
  • All employees of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, who have a valid residency or holders of valid entry visa and private medical sector employees according to the approved list from the Ministry of Health.
  • A first-Degree relative (husband/ wife/ children) or joining the family relative of the employees as per the above point 2, provided that he/she has a valid residency or a valid entry visa.
  • First-degree relatives of Kuwaitis.
  • Diplomats & diplomatic mission.
  • All passengers traveling to the State of Kuwait must hold a valid negative test approved certificate, not more than 72 hours from the time of the test until the time of acceptance on-board the flight from the departure airport.
