Delhi, Hyderabad Airports Receive ACI Recognition

Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) and Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport have received the ACI (Airports Council International) world’s prestigious ‘Voice of Customer’ recognition.

Both airports have been recognized for their ongoing efforts to listen, engage and seek feedback from their passengers, to understand their needs and to ensure customers’ voice was heard during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.
